Shipping & Delivery Policy
All Prisimity systems are produced to order and shipped directly from our U.S.-based manufacturing partners.
Production & Lead Times
Most orders ship within 4–8 weeks after design approval, depending on configuration, materials, and production schedules. Estimated timelines are confirmed before production begins.
Delivery
Orders are delivered ready to assemble, carefully packaged with all required components and instructions. Shipping methods and carriers vary based on order size and destination.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any visible damage or missing components within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.
Design Consultation Policy
All projects begin with a complimentary design consultation.
During this process, we:

Provide a clear, exact quote prior to production
Design recommendations are collaborative and informed by function, proportion, and long-term use. Final specifications are approved by you before any order is placed.
Installation Policy

Professional installation is not included
Many customers choose to install themselves or work with a local installer

Returns & Cancellations Policy
Because each system is designed specifically for your space, custom orders are final sale once production begins.
Before Production
You may cancel or revise your order prior to final design approval at no charge.
After Production Begins
Once production has started, cancellations and returns are not available.
If an issue arises due to damage, defect, or error on our end, we will make it right through repair, replacement, or adjustment as appropriate.
