Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 29, 2026
1. Overview
Welcome to Prisimity. Throughout these Terms of Service, "Prisimity," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating www.prisimity.com.
Prisimity is an Iowa-based online business developing custom-branded market display products, including printed table covers, banners, signage, and coordinated event display packages.
Our website is powered by Shopify.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order when purchasing becomes available, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please review these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
2. Business Status and Product Availability
Prisimity's new custom market display collection is currently in development.
We are evaluating printing suppliers, product specifications, customization options, and fulfillment arrangements.
Until products are expressly made available for purchase, website descriptions, illustrations, proposed packages, and example configurations are informational and do not constitute binding offers.
Product availability, pricing, and production requirements will be confirmed before orders are accepted.
3. Eligibility and Account Information
Customers must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
Customers agree to provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and order information.
If a customer creates an account, they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Custom Quotes and Order Acceptance
Custom display products may require an individualized quotation.
A quote may specify:
- Product descriptions, dimensions, and quantities
- Customization and artwork requirements
- Design or preparation charges
- Shipping charges and applicable taxes
- Estimated production and shipment timeframes
- Artwork approval requirements
- Applicable cancellation and return conditions
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a digital concept does not obligate a customer to make a purchase.
When ordering becomes available, a submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase. Prisimity will confirm order acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline orders for lawful reasons, including inability to fulfill the requested specifications or concerns about unauthorized artwork.
If an order cannot be accepted after payment has been collected, applicable refunds will be issued.
5. Pricing and Payment Processing
All prices are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Before payment is authorized, customers will be informed of the applicable product price, customization charges, shipping costs, taxes, and other required fees.
Payments will be processed using available Shopify checkout payment methods or another payment arrangement expressly agreed upon in writing.
Payment service providers may process transaction details, billing information, payment credentials, and fraud-prevention information under their applicable policies.
Customers should never send complete payment card details or banking passwords through ordinary email.
Customers represent that they are authorized to use their selected payment method.
Payment authorization, order acceptance, artwork approval, and production commencement are separate steps.
Prisimity will not impose undisclosed additional charges without obtaining the customer's authorization.
6. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customers may submit logos, graphics, photographs, brand names, slogans, fonts, text, or other materials for use in custom projects.
Customers retain their existing ownership rights in submitted materials.
By submitting artwork, customers represent that they own the material or have the necessary permissions to authorize its reproduction.
Customers grant Prisimity and necessary design, printing, and fulfillment providers limited permission to use those materials for preparing concepts, reviewing artwork, producing approved items, fulfilling orders, and providing related customer service.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the customer's intellectual property.
Prisimity may refuse artwork that appears to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
Customer designs, logos, and completed project photographs will not be used in public advertising or portfolio materials without separate authorization.
7. Artwork Proofing and Approval
Custom products may require digital artwork approval before production begins.
Customers are responsible for checking final proofs for accuracy, including spelling, logos, contact information, dimensions, colors, layout, and QR-code destinations.
Once written approval is received, production may begin.
Changes requested after production begins may not be possible or may involve additional costs, subject to the order terms.
Normal variations between screen displays and printed materials may occur due to differences in color rendering, printing methods, and materials.
Artwork approval does not eliminate rights relating to manufacturing defects, incorrect production, or other remedies available under applicable law.
8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Custom products may require additional preparation and production time.
Estimated shipment dates will be provided before orders are accepted.
Shipping and delivery timeframes may vary according to the selected product, fulfillment provider, destination, and carrier.
Products within the same order may ship separately.
Delivery before a particular market, festival, exhibition, or business event is not guaranteed unless Prisimity expressly confirms that commitment in writing.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe or otherwise within the period required by law, we will provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.
Additional terms are available in our Shipping Policy.
9. Order Tracking and Notifications
When available, shipping confirmation and carrier tracking information may be provided through email, Shopify order-status pages, or other supported customer notification methods.
Tracking information may include the carrier name, tracking number, shipment status, and available delivery updates.
Tracking availability and accuracy depend on the relevant fulfillment provider and carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and contacting Prisimity promptly regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments.
10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because custom products may be manufactured specifically for individual customers, cancellation and return conditions may differ from standard retail products.
Order cancellations may become restricted once production begins, subject to disclosed order terms and applicable law.
Customers should review all customization details before granting final approval.
Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with approved specifications will be reviewed for appropriate remedies.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Additional information is available in our Refund & Return Policy.
11. Privacy and Customer Information
Prisimity may collect information submitted through contact forms, customer communications, requests for quotes, and future transactions.
This information may include contact information, business details, shipping information, artwork, and project specifications.
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to prepare requested services, process payments, produce approved items, fulfill orders, or provide customer support.
Cookies, analytics technologies, and other data-processing activities are addressed in our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Content and Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, Prisimity's website content, layout, text, graphics, and original branding belong to Prisimity or the applicable rights holders.
Visitors may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected website materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
Supplier trademarks, product imagery, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-Party Services
Prisimity may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, printing, shipping, communications, and related services.
These providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Shopify provides the e-commerce platform but is not the seller of products purchased from Prisimity.
Nothing in these Terms makes Shopify responsible for Prisimity's contractual obligations beyond what applicable law provides.
14. Acceptable Website Use
Visitors agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, misrepresent their identity, submit fraudulent payment information, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful software, interfere with website security, or engage in abusive or fraudulent conduct.
Prisimity may restrict access or decline business where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
15. Accuracy of Information
Prisimity makes reasonable efforts to present accurate information.
Website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated details, or incomplete specifications.
We may correct website information as necessary.
If a material error affects an accepted order, we will notify the customer and seek an agreed resolution or provide an applicable cancellation and refund.
16. Product Expectations and Warranties
Digital mockups are intended to communicate design concepts and may not reproduce every physical characteristic of a finished product.
Actual appearance may vary based on materials, printing methods, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
We do not guarantee that purchasing a display product will produce particular business revenue, sales results, event attendance, or marketing outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes legally required warranties or remedies for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prisimity and its service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products, including anticipated business profits or event-related revenue.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Any specific written commitments accepted by Prisimity remain subject to their terms and applicable law.
18. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
Customers are responsible for having the required rights to artwork, logos, and materials they submit.
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify Prisimity against qualifying third-party claims arising from their unauthorized submission or use of protected materials or material violations of these Terms.
No customer is required to indemnify Prisimity for liability that applicable law does not permit to be transferred.
19. Termination of Access
Prisimity may suspend or restrict website access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
Termination of website access does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations arising from previously accepted orders.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Iowa, except where other applicable laws require a different result.
Disputes will be addressed through a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
21. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
22. Updates to These Terms
Prisimity may revise these Terms to reflect changes in business operations, services, legal requirements, or website functionality.
The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised date.
Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
Changes will not retroactively override rights arising from previously accepted orders where prohibited by law.
